The E100 Ultra’s greater distance between the print head and the product offers significantly more flexibility for marking a wide variety of materials and surfaces. Print quality remains consistently high even on uneven surfaces without any loss of accuracy or contrast. This is particularly useful, for example, in the packaging, food, and pharmaceutical industries, where clear and reliable markings under varying conditions are essential.
3 logic buttons for easy operation
Intuitive operation via three logic buttons and LED indicators
The three logic buttons with LED indicators on the top of the device enable easy and clear control of the system. Operation is so simple that even untrained staff can safely use the E100 Ultra and start print jobs effortlessly.
LX Ink Cartridge
LX ink stays open longer without drying out
LX-class printing technology allows the ink cartridge to remain open for longer periods without compromising quality. The cartridge can remain open for up to several hours during printing breaks without the ink drying out or the nozzles clogging. For longer breaks, the cartridge can be securely closed with a protective clip.

Smartcard technology
The smartcard technology in the ink cartridges ensures consistently high print quality. The chip in the cartridge identifies the type of ink in use and automatically sets the correct parameters, so no manual adjustment is needed when changing ink. The ink level is recorded and displayed in real time, enabling controlled cartridge replacement and preventing unexpected production downtime. The Click’n Print cartridge holder makes changing ink quick and easy.

The photoelectric sensor accurately detects when the product is in the correct position to start printing. This ensures that every mark or code is printed precisely in the right place and with consistent quality. The sensor continuously monitors the process and helps maintain high print quality and precise alignment on the production line.
