Terms and Conditions

These terms of purchase and delivery apply when placing an order from EnviOn’s web shop and for products delivered from Finland. The products can be purchased by a company or contractor and the VAT number is required when placing an order. Before ordering, we ask you to read these Terms and Conditions. We collect only the personal and contact information needed to process orders and administering your purchase. All prices are in EUR and excluding VAT, which will be added with possible delivery costs in the invoice.  We reserve the right to change and update both prices and these Terms and Conditions.

Order

After replacing an order, you will receive an order confirmation from the web shop. Once the order is registered by us, you will receive a final order confirmation. The invoice will be sent by email at the time of delivery according to this confirmation. As a customer it is your responsibility to check your order confirmation so that both your contact information and delivery address are correct and complete.

Payment

Payment is possible only by invoice. The payment time is 14 days from the dispatch of the products.

Delivery and shipping

We will normally ship your order within 1-3 business days after we have received your order. 
If the delivery is going to be delayed, we will inform you.

Possible delivery costs are stated in the final order confirmation. If you want to check the costs in advance or have something else to ask concerning the delivery, please contact our customer service at myynti@envion.fi.

Once you have received the shipment, you should check all products you receive against your order confirmation and carefully check that the products are undamaged. If there is an error in the delivery, contact our customer service immediately by email myynti@envion.fi.  Always inform the order number when you contact us. If the products are damaged during the delivery, we will contact the supplier(s).
